1984 Ford Mustang Bought This Gut Got Hooked 2 Wires Together Electric Fan They

I bought this mustang and the gut i got it from hooked 2 wires up together for the electric fan and they were popping and now my driver side front lights dont work at all now and the car dont have a fuse block what can it do?

test for voltage to the bulb connector.
