Hi I have a renault 9 1983 with double-barrel carburetor engine, can I clean it without removing it? Because I don't think that the second one is working 100%! Please tell me what can I do for? Thank you a lot

Actually we don't have this car in U.S. But it really should be removed and overhauled due to it's age. You could check on it with it still on car but check for bent linkage etc. Or use choke cleaner around it to clean junk off of it.
