I have a 83 Cadillac devill and when I mash the gas it stalls but when I ease up of the gas it catches slowly and when I cut the air on it stalls and sometimes when up at high speeds I can feel it stall a little, can anyone help me out?

Check fuel pump pressure, check for vacuum leaks, if the check engine light is on, have the computer scanned to identify trouble codes. Most parts stores will do it for free.

Go to the on board cpu. Press off and warmer buttons on a/c panel. Then it jumps into the cpu. Write the codes down and come back. Also make sure you do what jacobandnickolas said also. Thanks for using 2carpros.
