I cannot get it to start. It is turning over, but it just seems to be lacking the "spark" as such to start, battery checked and spark plugs changed, any other ideas? I have a video of the chugging it is making, but I cannot upload it.

I am sending pictures of what we have if it is a pick up coil check resistance there is also a hall effect switch, but we have no figures for pick up coil resistance fuel pressure. It should be in ranges marked with arrows. Make sure on bottom of graph that temperature coincides. Okay, I just found it yours uses hall effect.010" is air gap for it. But hall effect switch could be bad. See pictures.
