When I shift into forth gear I have no power and the hole truck shakes violently. I can floor it and I loose speed.

You might wanna to start by checking if the clutch is slipping-Shifting into 4th and when acceleration is applied the rpm's rises but no pick-up-sounds like it-I could be wrong -if so might want to check the throttle position and airflow meter
