1981 Dodge Diplomat no drive in reverse

When I start the car up in the morning time no drive in reverse until the engine run for 10 minutes the fluid and filter been change and I also put 12 oz. Of lucas oil in tranmission but it didn't fix the problem, what cause the tranmission not to have drive in reverse until the engine run for 10 minutes?

You could have a problem with pump pressure. The pump may be failing and it takes time to build enough pressure to shift. If you take it to a repair shop, make sure you take it to a transmission repair facility. Automatic transmissions are hard to work on and require certain expertise and special tools. So, make sure you take it to a transmission shop.
