I have a 1981 cadillac coupe deville and it has a couple rust spots on it. I understand how to repair minor rust spots but my question is if my corner of my door is rusted right off, how could I repair that without welding anything?

The site is more of a mechanical Q&A, but I will make a suggestion. Rust is like a disease, and unless all trace is removed, then anything you put over it is going to be useless. The rust will continue to spread. If it has gone far enough thet the corners of the doors are gone, then it is in the metal.
