WE HAVE REPLACED--CARBURETOR, ENTIRE DISTRIBUTOR, COIL, STARTER, BATTERY, VOLTAGE REGULATOR----AND THE THING WONT RUN.

You need fuel, spark and compression. Based on what you have replaced, check the compression first.
