1979 Chevrolet Truck sterring

When I make a right hand turn it makes a grinding popping noise an does not allow to complete turn it only happens when turning rght. Not turning left what can cause this problem? Thank you ! It does have a 6 inch left kit on it. Im affarid to drive it but its my only transpertation

4 wheel drive? It may be an axle or wheel bearing on lh side. Could be the lift kit as well if it'sjust lifted and not done correctly, front suspension could be way out of whack causing it.
