REPLACED TIMING CHAIN AND I HAVE A LOW SPEED MISFIRE. THE FIRST TIME I ALIGNED THE MARK ON NUMBER ONE CYLINDER ON COMPRESSION STOKE, AND THE DISBURTOR WAS 180 OFF. REMOVED DISBURTOR AND MOVED 180 AND THE CAR STARTED. I HAVE LOW POWER AND A LOW SPEED MISFIRE.

Here is correct timing chain marks and firing order then check for a vacuum leak if this isn't it I think you may have a wire crossed.
