Hello. I have problem with my 79 Caddy Seville. I bought car few weeks ago so I don't know right now too much about this model. Car runs good but now I have a problem. Today when I was tried to start the engine Car starts at the first time but moment later engine runs little strange and I turn off the car. When I tried to start it second time car don't starts. When I put the key dashboard shows orange light GENERATOR and I can't start the engine. Engine was rebuilt so I think is good. Please help me what should I do with it. I have to fix it because I like this Cadillac very much. Sorry for my english. Thank You very much.

IF the engine isn't running, it is normal for the generator light to come on. As far as the starting issue, when it won't start, hold the gas pedal to the floor until it starts then release it. Tell me if it will start then.
