I have a 1978 big 10 with an edelbrock carb and intake and it has a tune up done it accelerates slow and I have to floor it to go 70 what is wrong

You know it can't be diagnosed with no details, observations, or test results to analyze. You could have a stretched timing chain, plugged exhaust, retarded ignition timing, dragging brake, tight universal joints, misfiring spark plugs, collapsed pickup screen in the gas tank, slipping transmission, two spark plug wires mixed up, or a carburetor problem. For all I know you could have a flat tire or someone put diesel fuel in the gas tank.
