I Have a 78 Malibu with a 305 5.7L V8. After about An hour of driving the motor would start running rough upon inspection of the motor I found that one of the spark Plugs keeps loosing it self. What could cause this? And Or is this an easy fix?

I found that one of the spark Plugs keeps loosing it self. Just exactly what do you meant by this-not firing or whatever?
