I need help to find out why my car wont run properly?

Can you help me find out what is wrong with the fuel system/air pressure mixture. Thanks.

very nice car.450 SEL -US Model. Only done 53,000 miles!
The car starts and idles for a while but will not rev up.
-it stalls when the throttle is applied have replaced the fuel pump, regulator, filters etc.

Check the throttle position sensor. Check for major vacuum leaks.
