Rv revs up gas peddle does down by itself

When I'm stopped or going slow the rv revs up / the gas peddle does down by its self, and its all for me top keep it stopped. Then it goes back to normal, the tranny has fluid. Its a 1977 dodge sportsman rv with a 360

Possible motor/trans mount loose/broke?

Where is the trans/motor mount? What if the mounts not broken?

Check to see if th e spring going to the carb is weak or broken.
