I have a 1976 International Scout Traveler with a 304 V-8 Rebuilt engine. I have to advance the timing to where the line it is not even on the timing marks.I was wondering if I had the balancer off. Then when I drive it sputters out a little then does not do it again until I switch gears.
Do you
