There is gas comeing out of the carb. Took carb off put hand over intake. Seems like the engine is not sucking air. Took dis cap off. Roter button is turning. What else should I do?

Was anything done prior to this occurring?
Has vehicle been parked for extended perids?
Get the compression tested.

If vehicle has been parked for extended periods, the cylinders could have dried up and there would be compression loss.

Remove the spark plugs and pump some cylinder oil into the spark plug holes. Crank the engine for a fge seconds and reinstall the spark plugs and try starting.
