My passenger side light head light is dull. I replaced the bulb thinking that the old one was bad but when I turned the lights on the passenger side was still dull. What do I need to check or replace to ensure I have proper working light.

Check the voltage at the plug for 12v. And check ground by using another ground wire.

Pocket volt meter. I got 1 for $4 at harbor freight. Check your plug connector to bulb for corrosion usually looks greenish.
