My wagon has a 351c engine. Bear to start, and wont run unless gas pedal to the floor, and then it runs rough. Last time it was driven, would only go thirty mph with pedal to the floor.

Sounds like it is in need of a tune up and carburetor overhaul to me. Alcohol has probably destroyed the float and accelerator pump in this car.
