how to wire 350 GM Delco Remy HEI 4pin?

Chevy 350 HEI distributor/ignition wiring??? Hei w/4pin module has three terminals: C, ground & B+ (as seen in pic) that connect cap to module, but where does the pig-tail wire connect??? battery? ignition? ground?

That looks like the 12 volt feed wire from the ignition switch. That's the only external wire that needs to be connected to make the system work.
