NORMALLY THE NORM IS TO GET A MACHINE SHOP TO DO YOUR MACHINING, AND BUILD THE SHORT OR LONG BLOCK.
UNLESS YOU ARE GOING TO TO THE BUILDING.I'D ALSO SORTA SAY THAT MOST PEOPLE AROUND HERE OBTAIN THE PARTS FROM THE MACHINE SHOP. THE ONE I GO TO GENERALLY GIVES A REDUCED RATE IF THEY ARE PERFORMING THE MACHINE WORK. YOU WILL HAVE TO FIND OUT THE "OVERSIZES" OR "UNDERSIZES" OF YOUR PARTS, BEFORE YOU CAN ORDER THEM.
