What could cause spark to be good goin into the cap but real weak coming out

How are you "Gauging" the Strength of the Spark?

How does it look with a plug out and grounded to engine?

Is this a point system?

What have you "Performed" or replaced? New or used parts.

Is this a "Stock" Set-up?

Exactly what is occurring/ not occurring?

What have you tested and how?

Need more info, and More Detail is Better!

If it has a good snapping blue spark going into the D/Cap and weak coming out towards the plugs-best replace the cap and rotor it has to go thru there before it hits the plugs-My question now are your plug wires any good, not sure check its resistances-anything over 30K's ohms put it in the trash can called filer no.13

NOTE: Don't forget to check the condenser/capacitor-should be infinite reading, pigtail and housing
