I just bought a 59 ford fairlane 500 galaxie that has been sitting in a barn for 20 + years.

I changed out the fuel system as well as rebuilt the carb. I took off the valve covers and it had crusty oil deposits. I wanted to know if I should changes the rings or will it eventually burn off. Thanks for taking the time to answer.
