Ford f159 eats solenoids !

1988 FORD F150 has cooked 4 solenoids in 10 weeks!
I am a GM person & don't undersatnd this trucks hunger for them - any thoughts or suggestions -

Are you talking about the solenoid on the starter getting cooked or the relay that controls it
Fords are good at eating relays, my previous 2002 ate 3 starters before the dealers thought to check it after I mentioned it to last one after the 3 free tow in in 2 weeks
