Engine is not locked up. Starter is good it has been tested and the battery is new. The key fob works the doors and alarm, when you turn to key to position three, nothing happens. When you step on brake shifter will not come out of park unless manually unlocked. Could it be a bad antenna ring in the ignition switch? Snap on computer codes (de6e) communications with TCM control module signal missing). 960c code park neutral signal. Only codes I got out of the snap on computer. Car is in shop had bent intake valves, all new valves. I set the cams, and crank with new timing belt. When I went to crank the car it would not start, no crank or start. We do have a shop but do not work on Volvos.

UPDATE: I rechecked all fuses and found a bad fuses ecm. Changed fuse and starts up and comes out of park.
