The wiper does not automatically turn on with the washer?

Rear washer works, rear wiper works, but wiper doesn't automatically turn on with the washer. It used to, then just didn't one day. Then wiper arm froze to the window and burned out the motor (without blowing the 20A fuse). I replaced the motor, but wiper and washer still only work separately. What module or fuse is responsible for turning the wiper on when the washer is activated?

It sounds like the BCM, relay, fuse is out, or you have the incorrect wiper motor, here is the wiper/washer motor wiring diagrams so you can see which fuses and relays to check and to see how the system works. You can do a CAN scan which can tell you if the BCM is bad, and you can get a CAN scanner (Controller Area Network) which will work on most cars from Amazon.
