I took this video to help.
ECM has 118 codes, unable to read through ignition with scanner and ECM has been ordered. Check engine light was flashing. My experience is only bad injectors with that symptom (flashing).
Lifters replaced (ticking noise, which is resolved), head refaced, thought the wobble was the harmonic balancer. Replacement proved wrong. Wobble is a consistent pattern and does not speed up with the motor when accelerated.
I'll let you watch and tell me what questions you have. 4.2L See attached video. With the heat, I think our brains have given up. :)

Couple things. When you had the head resurfaced, how much did they mill the head and why did you have it resurfaced?

Next can you get a recording of the noise when you are raising and lower the RPM? That sounds like either an engine knock or just a completely dead cylinder and the piston is slapping the cylinder wall. The fact that the check engine light is flashing means you have a severe enough misfire that it could be damaging the engine and/or exhaust.

Let's start with this and go from there. Thanks
