There is something not right with the steering or the drivetrain in my car. When you get up to 50 MPH and more, it feels like the vehicle is wobbling from side to side every so often. Also, when you turn your wheel to the left really hard, you can hear a click click click like a CV axle but the right CV axle was just replaced. When I went to jack my car up last night (I was jacking the front up and a super loud noise came from the back of the car, whatever it was it didn't sound good) Wondering where I should even start with trying to figure this out.

This does sound like an axle issue with the clicking but the fact that it was replaced and side to side movement I am suspecting you have 2 issues.

Let's start with the basics and check the tires for any abnormal wear and rotate the tires front to back on the same side and see if that makes any difference.

The only thing that doesn't make sense is the fact that this doesn't do it all the time when you reach 50 MPH. Normally when the vehicle is the issue and not the road, it does it no matter what.

So, this makes me think it could be a suspension issue that requires hitting a bump or rough road to get it to start acting up.

So, let's drive the vehicle and see if you can get it to act up at the same spot on the road so we can figure out if we fixed it.

In other words, when you get the issue to happen, drive that road again and see if it does it again at the same spot.

Then rotate the tires and see if it does it again in the same spot.

Below is a chart that will help with tire issues.

Let us know what you find with this.

Thanks
