HONDA RADIO NOT WORKING

2005 Honda Accord When I Push The Power Button To Turn The Car Stereo On It Shows An Error E Message And The Radio Won't Come On....

I Turn On The Radio And I Does Not Work On The Screen It Says Code 3 And Nothing Works On It.

Took Fuse Out To Check And Then Replace It And Radio Has The Word Code On It. Also The Light On The Radio Does Not Work. What Can I Do?
