A /c Will Start Going To Defrost, Twist Knob Few Times And It May Start Working Again

My Heater And Defrost Does Not Throw Hot Air. I Drained And Replaced The Anti-freeze Last Year And This Seemed To Solve The Problem Then....

The Heat Will Not Blow Out Of Defrost Or Floor It Only Blows On The Dash Vents. Is There A Fuse That Runs This Or What Can I Check For?
