Alarm kept going off and now it will not start at all. Will not even turn over.

Car was not running right it was not getting enough power. I tried the battery cables first. When I took the negative off and put it back. Alarm kept going off, and now it will not start at all. Will not even turn over.

The car wont turn over because you probably need to reset the alarm system.
