Transmission will not go into gears

My truck will start and press clutch to go into first (or any) gear and it acts like it is blocked then move to rev. And it will grind a little (will not try to force) but when not running it will shift to any gear then start and start to go and stall out. What could be my problem? And how can I fix it?

Hello,

It sounds like you have a clutch disc that is falling apart which causes the clutch to not disengage. Here is a guide and a video to help you fix the problem:
