Will not start when it is warm.

Engine will turn over. But will not start. Sounds like fuel starvation. Change the fuel filter. Engine will crank over very roughly. But will not start. Plenty of Diesel fuel.

Glow plus are not needed to start the engine unless ambient temps are below 7c.

The engine needs correct fuel / injection timing to start.
The engine needs to be able to breathe-in enough air to compress so that it can start.
The engine needs to spin fast enough to compress the air so that it is hot enough to ignite the fuel.

Remove the temperature sensor harness plug and see if she starts / better.

Check the intake for excessive carbon build-up.

Check the starter for correct cranking speed / rpm (280rpm minimum).
