Hello, this can be any number of components. A main Accessory drive belt noise is more of a squealing type of noise that usually gets worse when accelerating or any one of the components that are driven by the main drive belt in front of the engine. A bearing on the Alternator, belt idler pulley, power steering pump (noise will usually get louder when making a turn), it could be a camshaft bearing, they can make a high pitch noise that can go away at higher RPMs.
Are you hearing the noise more or less when turning? There is a Technical Service Bulletin about noise coming from the Steering Column/Rack which I will post below. Pages 1 to 3. Page 4 is another TSB about the door seal making noise at lower speeds due to the body/frame movement or twist while driving.
The Accessory belt can be removed temporarily to rule out anything that is driven by the belt as the cause.
And just for your information, there is a recall on the Throttle Cable for the V6 model. I will post that last. I'm not sure if you have had that repair done or if it has been done in the past, but just wanted you to have that information.

Actually, I just found about four more recalls you should know about. So, pages 10 and 11 go together, pages 12, 13, and 14 go together as well. These are safety type Recalls, so I felt it necessary to post these.
