Front tire making a noise

I bought my vehicle new on September 2013. Since then I never change the tire and I used winter tire during winter here in Canada for four to five months. Recently, I heard a noise from the front tire (all season tire) like flapping sound. I never heard this noise on my winter tire. Does this means I have to replace my all season tires? And how long does a new tire last?

Good evening.

I would have the tires checked. One of the tires may be shredding on the side wall.

Check the suspension as well. New tires can make the noise but I think you have something flying around according to your question.
