I recently replaced the front passanger tire. The battery was dead so it sat for a while. Today I replaced the battery. I started the van and began driving it down the street. When I got to about 10 to 12 mph the front of the van pulls back and forth quite strongly. If I get up to about 25 mph the pull is not as strong but it still pulls back and forth.
Is my tire out of balance? Do I need to get an alignment? Or do I just need to get a new tire on front driver side?

Hi billymac here. Well you didn, t say if you put a new tire on or used. But if it did not wobble before you replaced the tire it has to be the tire. However if you were replaceing the tire because it had a wobble before? Then check the front end out I suggest going to the front end shop and getting a free inspection. But you can check it yourself if you prefer. Raise the vehicle front wheels. Support the vehicle under the frame not the control arms. Grab the wheel with both hands one hand at 9 and one at three push and pull is there movement. If yes tie rods.2nd grab the tire on top and bottom at 6 oclock and 12 oclockpull and push any movement ball joint bad. If there is no movement frontend is ok check other side the same way. Check all four tires closely for buldges or knots that would indicate a broken belt. Hope this helps billymac
