5.3 L engine starts great when cold. If I shut it off and restart it immediately it's also fine. If let it sit for 15 Min or more it takes a lot of cranking before it fires. I've replaced the fuel pump but didn't fix the problem. Any ideas for other things to check? Thanks

Did you check fuel pressure before you worked on it? Check for correct fuel pressure, also check that the pressure doesn't drop like a rock with key off. You have to test when problem is ongoing.

Can you check for applicable trouble codes? Some of the national brand autostores will check codes for free. How long since a tune-up?
