Will not turn over. No clicking sounds. Nothing.
New Battery.
Let it sit for a couple of hours and it started right up.
This has happened twice in two days.

Hello, have you tried cranking in neutral when the problem occurs? When it refuses to crank, you might also do some testing at the starter relay, under the hood.

I tried starting in netural, same thing. I did not know about a starter relay under the hood. Is that the same thing as a starter solenoid?

That relay is in the power distribution center, under the hood, close to battery. The picture came from your owners manual. If you remove the relay, you can use a testlite, check for 2 hot terminals with the key in the crank position. You may have to get at the starter itself and do some testing when the problem occurs. Any testing, make sure the tranny is in park or neutral and the e-brake is set.
