I noticed smoke coming through my vents while I am driving. What could be causing this?

Inspect your coolant level. May be faulty heater core leaking. Have you noticed any film on the windshield or any unusual smells (i.E. Sweet smeel, burnt smell )?

I have noticed a film on the windshield. The smoke has a kind of burnt smell to it.

Okay, you will need to have your heater core replaced. It is faulty and the film and smoke you see is coolant being blown in.
