Just bought today, car pulls really hard to the right. If the normal steering wheel positioning is 12 oclock id say I have to keep it at 9 oclock just to make it drive strieght. I assume its not just alignment. What would any other common problems be and waht would ballpark repair figures be?
Thanks for help!

Hi there,

Thank you for the donation.

There are several reasons that can cause a car to pull one way, the most obvious is an alignment problem, this can be out due to accident damage, worn steering or suspension component's or even dragging brakes, I would get the alignment checked first, this will show up the problem quickly, just make sure that he tyres are ok as well, a good aligner won't try and re set the alignment if there are worn components as it is a waste of time, start here first this should not be a difficult thing to get correct, also ensure that there is no evidence of collision damage repair around the front strut towers, an alignment will also be able to pick up any problems there as well.
