Noise continue after car is turned off. I viewed the engine and there is no visible shaken. The noise is like a high pitch squeaking.

With the engine off, you hear this noise? How long does it last?

You know, that is a tough one. Since it continues after the engine is off, it almost sounds like a vacuum leak that is bleeding off one of the components. Check this for me. Get a helper to start the engine, let it run, and then turn it off while you have the hood open and listen under the hood. See if the noise is coming from where the brake booster is located or if you can locate aprox where it seems to be coming.
