Some time they work, then after driving for a little while, then they quite, then when I leave sit while shopping get back start up then they work, just never know when they quite, mech put in new mechnizam, work a while then pulling same old crap again

The most common cause of intermittent operation is the flasher assembly. The engineers saw fit to replace the ultra-reliable, cheap. Thermal flasher that worked fine for many decades with an expensive, unreliable, electronic assembly.

As I recall, the flasher is plugged into the Body Computer which sits above the parking brake pedal assembly. I also remember a flasher mounted above the accelerator pedal but I'm not sure which model that was on. Those by that pedal were known for becoming partially unplugged from their own weight.
