2000 Dodge Caravan turn signal and brake light

i have a 200 dodge caravan. My left turn signal works when it wants to and the right brake light only works when I have my head lights on. Is this an electrical problem or what. My dad has checked it out for me and cant find the problem.

Yes, it's a dealer fix. They have the scanner to test the computers involved. It's not quite the same. The switches all signal computers and they signal other computers that switch relays so it may be best to let the dealer use a computer to fix it. Ok
