1996 Dodge Caravan turn signals

My turn signals will not work-Can tell me where the blinker box is located? Also what else I might check if it is not blinker box?

Front seating area, driver side, under dash, driver side of steering column, mounted in relay bracket

Let me know if that fixes it. If it doesn't let me know the symptoms.
