Turn signal and hazard light not working

The turn signal lights and the hazard light don't work. I have change the multi switch and change fuse, but it still nothing.

We need to check for power at the fuses to make sure they are good (the fuses are in the diagrams below). here is a guide to help you and the fuse location as well. Also I have included the turn signal wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works.

I did check for power and it does have power going to the fuse.

Okay, let's check the TNS relay which in under the hood inside the fuse panel. here is a guide you help you test it. You you are in question try replacing it.
