I have the ES model. I just had a new clutch put in it. Got to drive it for a month, and while going up a hill, the rpm’s was rising and the car was not going anywhere. Now anytime I try to do a hard take off, the car will not move, only rev. I can have it in fifth gear, and floor it, and the rpm's will rise, but not the speed.

Hello, I am Danny.

Yes, your new clutch is slipping. Possibly you got a defective disk. All that revving and slipping is just burning that disk up. Did it come with any type of warranty? Was the flywheel resurfaced when clutch installed? I have attached a link for you to look at. Hope this helps and thanks for using 2Carpros.
