Was told by Aamco need transmission. Can you use a 2003 transmissions in a 2004? Someone wants to sell me one for $400.00 it has 176,542 on it.

Different transmission from 2003 to 2004. 2003 used the 4R70W while the 2004 uses a 4R75W. Now if you had the 4.6 engine it would work. But the 5.4 was changed and the TCM is different as well.
