My car shifts great ,the clutch and presure plate have been replaced at 50000 , but in traffic it becomes hard to get in gear. I have driven tractor trailers for 35 years. I find if i double clutch or triple pump at a light it is a little better. As soon as it cools a little it gets better. If i shift without the clutch she is fine. By the way a kid had the car for the first 17000 miles. thanks Ps it a TR3650 trans

This sounds so much like a pressure plate issue, and a slave cylinder issue But the first is the hydraulic check the master cylinder for fluid ,if she is low put some in, If the fluid is fine no leaks you will need a slave cylinder and you cant reuse the pressure plate
