1991 Toyota Previa AC Switch located above the Radio.

The light on the switch when you push it is off. It is suppose to be lit. Do I have to replace it so that the ac will cool or it has nothing to so with the freon cooling the inside car? If I have to replace it how much would be the switch replacement?

Is a/c still working properly? Most likely switch is bad which will not let a/c work, if that's the case than switch must be replaced. It may also just be a bad fuse though so check fuses first.
