1989 Toyota Corolla idling

I have a problem with my idling, when I press break repeatedly idling going up till 1000rpm my idle is 750rpm after depressing it come back to 750rpm. What maybe the problem?

Most likely the power booster is ruptured.

Power booster is the same as brake booster?

Yes, it has a rubber bladder inside that is most likely leaking.

Yes, vacuum leaks will cause a lean mixture.
